All orders placed through our Toll-Free number should be placed Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. This ensures that your order will be correct.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Credit/Debit as well as checks and money orders. Use of a credit card will result in faster order time. We do not take credit card orders via the Internet, but we do take them by phone or fax. We believe this adds a higher level of security to the web site and also helps us make sure that your order is shipped correctly.

Virtually every customer has questions regarding their order. We will take as long as you want to explain any questions you may have on our hardware.
Order Lead Time
On Solid Brass, Lead Crystal, Porcelain and Wrought Steel Cabinet Knobs, 7-10 day lead time. On all other cabinet knobs, 3-4 week lead time.
Return Policy
Cabinet Hardware - Emtek - restocking 15%
Cabinet Hardware - i-con - restocking 25%
Bucksnortlodge - restocking 50%
Earth to Peter - restocking 25%
*All other products - restocking 15% to 25%
No unauthorized returns will be accepted without an RGA Number. (Return Goods Authorization Number) This number MUST BE provided by our company. Only after we provide this number can credit be given to you.
There will be no refunds issued on products which have been subject to misuse, improper application or installation, or altered products. All returned items must be in its original packaging, in the same condition it was received. Customers have 25 days to contact us for arranging returns and to receive an RGA number.
Privacy Policy: No information obtained from this website will be released to any other party, without your express permission. We do not derive any income from the sale of personal information. Information supplied to us is used only for the purpose of supplying door hardware or providing other requested information to our customers. No customer credit card information or checking information is kept in our computer system.
